Motorcycle shipping : price includes the shipping of any bike which comes within the standard size no longer than 2.3m longer or bigger bikes will incur extra charge (Goldwings, Choppers trikes etc)
1. Airport and departures taxes are included
2. Visa; if you are travelling on a Australian or NZ passport you will not require a visa, anything else is your responsibility, you will have to organize
3. Passports are your responsibility, copy must be provided at time of booking/deposit. dont forget the passport must valid for more than the period away PLUS 6 months
4. Prices are subject to change without notice, fluctuation in fuel levies, weight restrictions or shipping/rail/ferry cost will incur extra charge until full and final payment is received, then the price is guaranteed.
5. Refunds; no refund will be made for the unused services or services not undertaken on this tour
6. Deposit; $1000.00on International and $500.00 for Australian tours is required at the time of booking, this is NON refundable if you decided not to proceed to final payment stage, rollover to another tour is at the discretion of TT Motorcycle Tours
7. Full payment must be made by stated date or all deposits are non refundable
8. Ticketing; no tickets will be issued until full payment is received
9. Minimum of 20 bikes is required to ensure tour proceeds, if lack of numbers, full refund will be given
10. We only ship in lots of 20, reserve list will be ava if required ( if we have 24, you will placed on the next lot of twenty or reserve list for the previous 20)
11. Quarantine; All bikes to be able to pass quarantine inspection (steam cleaned) prior to loading
12. Itinerary: this can change without notice subject to availability of flights, ferries, accommodation and Moto GP dates
12a. We accept no responsibility for the weather whilst on tour, we accept all responsibility for the fun had on tour
14. Packing/loading; we require your bike 3 days to container departure, all panniers removed, if you are dropping off in Perth, address will be notified when booking confirmation is received
15. Extra gear; a limit of two bags per bike, bubble wrapped, labeled, no bigger than a pannier bag. camping equipment OK
16. Insurance: we cover transit damage to motorcycle and accessories whilst under voyage only, under Marine Insurance Institute Cargo clause 'A'
an excess $250.00 is your responsibility
17. Cleaning: if your bike is not clean, it will NOT be shipped from here or there-no exceptions- no exceptions
UK/European rules requirement to ride is a minimum of third party, this is your responsibility. we recommend full comprehensive
